FREE Express Shipping on all orders within Australia.

Black Friday Sale Fulfillment Times

For all orders placed during our Black Friday Sale. Please allow an extra 1-3 business days on top of our usual shipping times. With all the amazing deals flying off the shelves, our warehouse team are working hard to process, pick, and pack your orders as fast as humanly possible. Please rest assured our team are doing everything they can to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible!

 

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 2 PM AEST are typically dispatched either the same day or the next business day. However, during periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. In these cases, please allow up to a week for your order to be shipped, though we always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible!

Delivery & Tracking

We use Startrack Express for the delivery of orders Australia Wide.

Our couriers are authorised to leave parcels at your address. However, if the courier considers it unsafe to leave your package, it will be taken to your local post office for collection. Your parcel will typically be available for collection in the afternoon. If your parcel has been redirected to a nearby collection point or you are unable to locate it, you can track your order using the Australia Post Tracking Service or StarTrack Track & Trace Service for the latest updates and obtain a "safe drop image" of where it has been left.

FREE Express Shipping on all orders within New Zealand.

Delivery times approximately 3-4 days from time of dispatch.

YOUR DELIVERY

Do I need to sign on delivery?

No. Our couriers are authorised to leave parcels at your address.

However, if our courier determines that it’s unsafe to leave the package, they will take it to your local post office for you to collect. Typically, your parcel will be available for pickup in the afternoon.

You can track your order via https://www.nzpost.co.nz/ for the most accurate and up to date delivery information.

 

 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Most Motto orders are shipped the same day, or the next business day after your order is placed. Occasionally, we experience high order volumes so sometimes things can take a little longer. In these times, please expect up to a week for your order to be sent (although, we always aim to turn your order around as fast as humanly possible!).

CURRENCY AND TAX

Will I be charged in my local currency?

We process all orders in AUD, at the most current exchange rate.

 

Will I be charged taxes and duties?

We deduct the Australian local tax (10%) at checkout, so you can expect to see 10% off all items once you set your delivery country.

You will not have any import tax or duty charges applied at checkout or included in the final transaction total.

In the rare occasion that our courier feels that it is not safe to leave your parcel, a calling card will be left for you to pick up at your local post office.
