1. Eligibility:
   This promotion is open to customers who make a purchase on the Motto Online store between 12:00 AM AEDT on Friday, 29th November 2024 and 11:59 PM AEDT on Monday, 2nd December 2024.

2. Entry:
   Each valid order placed during the promotional period automatically qualifies as one entry into the draw.

3. Prize Pool:
   A total of $10,000 in vouchers will be given away. Voucher amounts will be allocated at random among the winners.

4. Winner Selection:
   Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place within five (5) business days after the promotional period ends.

5. Notification:
   Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

6. Voucher Details:

   • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   • Specific terms of voucher use will be provided upon issuance.

7. General:

Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Motto Fashions.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age, who are subscribed to the Motto Fashions Data base at the time of the draw. This includes current and new subscribers. Motto Fashions employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.

The Prize

The winning prize will be $500 Motto voucher, and the prize is drawn monthly.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Motto Fashions decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on First Wednesday of every month.

Motto Fashions will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Motto Fashions reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Motto Fashions for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing [email protected].

If requested by Motto Fashions, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to any other competition participants.

The winner's first name and country of residence will be announced on Motto Fashions website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Motto Fashions accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

Motto Fashions reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.

By using the Website you are accepting and Motto (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Motto”) reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you. It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms and Conditions for any changes. Continued use of the Website will be taken as your acceptance of those changes. The Website and its content are provided for your personal use only and must not be used for any public or commercial purpose.

All orders including phone orders will be accepted at MOTTO’s sole discretion. When you submit an order on the Website, this constitutes your legally binding offer to purchase merchandise. When you place your order, Motto will send an email confirmation of your order outlining the details of your purchase. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. If we accept your order, you will be sent a Customer Order Number specific to your purchase. If we do not accept your order we will notify you via email. All orders are subject to Motto’s approval and the availability of merchandise. Motto may place a limit on the quantity of merchandise that can be ordered on the Website.

We may at our sole discretion cancel your order any time prior to shipping, for example if the merchandise ordered becomes unavailable. We will promptly refund the full purchase price of that order to you. You can read Motto’s Return and Exchange Policy here

If merchandise is unavailable online but available in-store, MOTTO will be able to arrange a transfer order, allowing you to purchase merchandise via the online store and have it shipped to you directly from a MOTTO store.

Phone orders will only be approved and actioned by MOTTO Head Office.

When you make your phone order, MOTTO will send you an email confirmation of your order outlining the details of your purchase.

If the merchandise ordered becomes unavailable, MOTTO will promptly contact you. If you have paid for merchandise that is or becomes unavailable, MOTTO will promptly refund the full purchase price of that order to you.

Gift Cards may be physical Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards delivered via email and are available for purchase in any MOTTO store or on the Website

Gift Cards are issued in AUD and therefore may only be redeemed in MOTTO stores or on the Australian Website.

Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of issue unless otherwise required at law. Gift Cards should be treated like cash and are not redeemable for cash. Any remaining balances after redemption will be retained on the Gift Card. If a purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, an alternate payment method is required to complete the balance owed. At expiration date any unused balances will not be refunded or credited. MOTTO will not replace any lost, stolen or damaged gift cards although we will use our best efforts to assist you in finding their details where requested. Gift cards cannot be purchased with any discount.

All orders are priced in Australian dollars and include GST.
All prices quoted on the Website exclude postage and handling costs. You may be charged extra for postage and handling. You will be notified of these extra costs at the time you place your order.

Prices quoted on the Website are subject to change at our sole discretion without notice.

If the price of merchandise is reduced after you place an order, MOTTO will not offer a subsequent price adjustment. The relevant price of merchandise is the price at the time you place your order.

To the maximum extent permitted by the law, MOTTO may cancel or refuse to accept an order at any time, without liability.

If we cancel an order after you have made a payment, we will refund that payment to you in full.

When you place an order on the Website, you authorise MOTTO to deduct payments from the credit card you provide.

You must be the authorised holder of the credit card or be authorised to use the credit card in order to have payment details authorised and processed.
MOTTO can refuse to authorise and process an order if, in our absolute discretion, we believe this is necessary. MOTTO may request credit, anti-fraud and identity checks if we believe this is necessary.

If MOTTO cannot charge payment to your credit card or if a payment is declined or returned for any reason, MOTTO may in our absolute discretion suspend or cancel your order.

If MOTTO is charged a fee for processing your credit card by your bank or financial institution, you will be liable for these charges. MOTTO will notify you of these charges if they apply.

MOTTO uses PCI compliant payment providers Braintree by Paypal, PayPal and Afterpay to offer secure payment systems to protect you in accordance with best industry practice.

While MOTTO takes all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information remains secure, it is impossible for MOTTO to completely guarantee that the transmission of data over the Internet will be totally secure at all times.

Subject to the terms of MOTTO’S Privacy Policy, any information submitted to MOTTO on the Website is done so at your own risk.

MOTTO aims to dispatch orders received before 11am AEST during regular business hours on the same or following day. Orders received after 11am AEST, on weekends or public holidays are aimed to be dispatched the next business day or after.

During busy sale periods there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.

MOTTO aims to deliver merchandise to addresses located in Australia within three to five business days from dispatch.

MOTTO aims to deliver merchandise to international addresses within five to seven business days from dispatch.

MOTTO only uses reputable postage and courier services (Australia Post and Startrack in most instances) to deliver merchandise to the delivery address selected by you.
To the maximum extent permitted by the law, MOTTO accepts no responsibility or liability for undelivered merchandise.
