FREE RETURNS POLICY*

What is the Motto returns policy? 
Motto accepts returns for a refund on all items (including sale items) within 30 days from date of receipt. All purchases must be unworn with tags still attached. Its very rare, but occasionally we mark heavily discounted styles as "Final Sale", these items aren't eligable for a return (unless faulty of course!)

Returning a sale item?

Due to the heavily discounted nature, we ask that you cover the cost of your return.

 

How do I make a return?

Don't you hate hard returns policies? So do we! Therefore, you don’t need to let us know you are returning an item. All your returns information will be included in your parcel once you receive it. Our lovely postie delivers your returns back to us with a smile and our speedy customer care team will action your return same day as receiving your returned goods.

 

What are my return options?

1. Exchange for another item (let us know your exchange ASAP so we can check on stock availability). 
2. Store Credit to your Motto online account (this never expires)
3. Refund to your original method of payment

 

Can I return an item to a Motto retail store?

Absolutely! We want to make your life as easy as possible. At this stage, a refund cannot be actioned in a Motto store unless a special arrangement has been made (which we can certainly do - just let us know prior!). Our store will lodge your return acceptance and our online team will process your refund within 1 business day. Once you have returned your item back to a store, consider it handelled!


REFUND POLICY

Can I get a refund?

So your order has arrived and your not loving it, well we can’t have that! Motto accepts returns for a refund on items purchased within 30 days of receipt. 

 

Do you cover the return costs?

If you are returning a full priced item, you can return your goodies back at our expense using our REPLY PAID address, but if the item you bought was on sale, you will need to cover the postage costs. Items marked as FINAL SALE cant be returned back due to their heavily discounted nature.

All the information you need for return will be included in your online parcel - we pride ourselves on making this an easy process for you!

 

How long will it take for my refund to arrive?

Sometimes packages can take a few days to get back to us, so please allow up to 5 days for us to process your return from the time you send your items back. We will process your request within 1 day of receiving it into our warehouse.


FAULTY ITEMS

Oh no! My item is faulty - What can I do?

Motto takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we will help you! Just contact us so we can arrange a replacement item for you immediately, offer a repair if possible, or we can give you a full refund. Use the form at the bottom of this page to contact us if you need help!


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

I live outside of Australia, How do I make a return?

Items to be returned outside of Australia, will be at your own cost. Reply Paid postage is only available for domestic Australian customers. Please note, items marked as FINAL SALE in the product name cannot be accepted back unless the item is faulty.
