Returns are free within Australia on full-priced items, so you can swap sizes if needed.
What if it doesn’t fit? Can I exchange or return it?
Absolutely. You’ve got 30 days to return or exchange. Returns are free within Australia for full-priced items. Just lodge your return through our Australia Post returns portal, pop the pink returns form in your parcel and drop it at any post office or red post box. You can choose a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for another size, or store credit that never expires. Sale items can be returned at your own postage cost, and items marked Final Sale can’t be returned unless faulty. Prefer to do it in person? You can also return to any Motto store. Questions?
